A wedding elopement ceremony as end of summer and early autumn begins is so romantic, especially in the Tuileries garden. The weather is still warm but the streets are turning quieter as the hustle and bustle of the summer tourist season winds down. M+A decided to marry in Paris because they wanted to explore Europe for a six week tour as they travelled from Australia. Paris seemed like the ideal place to take in a special moment just for them to create iconic, editorial memories yet with a classic twist as well.

Paris Elopement Ceremony in Tuileries Garden

The Jardins des Tuileries is a unique garden that is connected to the Louvre museum. This is why there's a picture perfect mixture of both greenery and iconic Parisian architecture. M+A chose these gardens for the ambience of lighting that hits the architecture in the mornings.

For M+A we chose a Paris cafe to fit the timeless elegance of the city and then we whisked away to Place Vendome for iconic shots with a Vintage MG car to offer a fun and playful finish.

A Grand Finale at Their Paris Hotel


M+A stayed at the fabulous five star Hotel Alfred Sommier which really ties together the architectural features of the ceremony with more iconic feels that make you feel at your own private château in the heart of Paris. We celebrated with bubbles and wandering around their hotel for a final celebration before we left them to enjoy the rest of their honeymoon in the city.
